The scenario-based Think Tank workshop was conducted on March 8, 2018, and included Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) Board Members, National Office staff, Staff members and Board members of the six regional partner organizations, and other interested stakeholders.

Forty people attended this all-day workshop. The workshop was intended to build coherency around a sustainable strategic plan that will guide the organization over the next three years and beyond.
