  • Smithville was seen to be most prepared to adapt to changes in Quality of Education and Proximity to Kansas City airport.
  • Smithville was seen to be least prepared to adapt to changes in Economic diversification such as retail, Aging population of the community, Job market and availability in Smithville and Kansas City area, Workforce and skills level and Cost and access of eldercare.
