Nature of Impact

Respondents were asked to respond to a question about the positive or negative nature of macro trends on their life and future prospects. The question was:

What do you think will be the nature of the impact (Negative or Positive) of these macro trends on your life and future prospects? Scale: 1 = very negative; 10 = Very positive.

Key things to note:

‘Technological revolutions’ was the trend that was seen to have the most positive impact, followed by ‘Changing macroeconomics and societal values’
‘Global demand for food, water and energy’ was the trend that was seen to have the most negative impact.
