Your willingness to pay more

Respondents were asked to respond to a question about ‘their willingness to pay more’. The questions was:

‘Would YOU be willing to pay more to support a sustainable and environmentally protective approach to waste management in Iowa?’ Scale: 1 = Not at all likely; 5 = Definitely would.

Key things to note:

The majority (71%) of respondents ‘definitely would’ pay more to support a sustainable and environmentally protective approach to waste management in Iowa.
Those who identified with the ‘recycling industry’ were most emphatic about paying more (78% said that ‘definitely would’ pay more).
