This framework brings together the key organizations in the New England region to identify and deliver technical demonstration projects direct to businesses within the defense supply chain. Six Industry 4.0 technologies were identified with the roll out of Introductory Workshops and then in-depth demonstrations of each technology. The regional ecosystem was invited to attend these virtual events throughout 2021. These events were held virtually due to Covid-19 restrictions.

• Repeating the demonstration projects (using the existing demonstration repository) to reach further segments of the regional supply chain and expanding to include a peer-to-peer in-person component.
• Testing and demonstrating iterations of core technologies used in the defense manufacturing supply chain.
• Bringing Cybersecurity into the same platform, offering a more comprehensive online accessibility and expanding the reach on this core topic.
• Building the model to make resources available 24/7 via online virtual modules, introductory workshops, and demonstration projects.
