Paul Lindop is a Founder of SmartRural.Coop, which is striving to ensure that the rural communities and businesses in Scotland do not get left behind again, as everyone’s focus appears to be to win the race to deliver “Smart Cities”.
SmartRural’s approach is that rural is simply a low density city and in fact that a lot of the poster-child city use cases can actually have a higher return on investment in the rural context.
