To provide continuity to the recent planning process, the Smithville 2030 Comprehensive Plan centers its planning elements around the five strategic pillars that emerged from the visioning and strategic planning process.

The process of developing the Smithville 2030 Comprehensive Plan includes working closely with the Planning Commissions and City staff, as well as significant community input. Community input includes survey, Task Forces, discussion boards and community presentations. Copies of survey results, Task Force meetings and discussion are all posted to this portal.
