In early 2017, Town Council created the Vision Project Management Team (VPMT). This Team is comprised of a diverse group of community leaders, who’s task it is to set the guiding principles and assure the process achieves the goals. The current visioning project began in 2016, when the Town Council identified the creation of a comprehensive long range vision as a priority for the Town, and authorized the Public Planning Commission to pursue a Community Vision Process Consultant.
