Key Factors – Preparedness

Key Factors – Preparedness

Respondents were asked to respond to a question about ‘how well prepared Mitchell is in adapting to changes in these issues ’. The question was:

How well prepared is Mitchell to adapt to changes in these issues?
Scale: -5 = Not at all prepared; + 5 = Very well prepared

Key things to note:

  • Mitchell was seen to be most prepared to adapt to changes in ‘Availability of Education’ and ‘Strength of agricultural industries.’ These had already been identified as the most important factors.
  • Mitchell was seen to be least prepared to adapt to changes in ‘Aging population of the community’, ‘Cost and access of eldercare and healthcare’ and ‘Housing options and types of housing available’.
