Importance of Shared Vision

Respondents were asked to respond to a question about the ‘Importance of having a Shared Vision’. The question was:

How important do you think it is for Mitchell to create a shared vision for the future? Scale: 1 = Not important; 10 = Critically important

Key things to note:

There was a spread of responses to this question. 28% felt that it was critically important for Mitchell to create a shared vision for the future. However there was almost equal representation around 7 and 8 on the scale.
