Using the Shared Vision

Using the Shared Vision

Respondents were asked to respond to a question about using the ‘Shared Vision’ The question was:

How important is it to consider the shared vision when MAKING DECISIONS for Mitchell?1 = Not Important; 10 = Highly Important

Key things to note:

  • The majority of respondents felt it was important to consider using the shared vison for  decision making within Mitchell. However there were less  respondents who felt that  it was highly important
  • An overwhelming number of respondents who were in the 10-20 years age grouping, felt neither that it was not important or highly important about how important it was to have a shared vision. There was much outreach to youth in the Engagement process, and this neutral response could indicate a lack of future thinking or experience regarding the need for a shared vision, looking out to the future
