Respondents were asked to respond to a question about collaboration focus. The question was:

• Scale:  1 = ‘The community focuses on delivering impact and value in the immediate local area’; 10 = ‘The focus is on collaboration and community impact at the regional scale, drawing in surrounding smaller communities’.
