Key things to note:
- The majority of respondents felt that it was highly important to have a shared vision for Mitchell
- An overwhelming number of respondents who were in the 10-20 years age grouping, felt neither that it was not important or highly important about how important it was to have a shared vision. There was much outreach to youth in the Engagement process, and this neutral response could indicate a lack of future thinking or experience regarding the need for a shared vision, looking out to the future
